And the combined running attack of LT and Darren Sproles only accounted for 37 yards. Ben Roethlisberger continues his solid play with a good effort throwing for 242 yards. The Steelers are rolling strong heading into a grudge match against the AFC North Division winning Baltimore Ravens.
NFC
Giants vs. Cowboys – A NFC East Battle broke out at Gants Stadium, and the Cowboys walk away with the victory. The Division champs could not stop the Dallas rushing attack as Felix Jones and Tashard Choice racked up 137 yards on the ground Filling in for the injured Marion Barber. Choice led the charge with 70 yards on 8 carries, and 65 yards on 2 receptions. The Cowboys head out west to face the Cards in the NFC Divisional round.
Buccaneers vs. Redskins – The Redskins gave the Buccaneers a good old fashioned ass-kickin down in Tampa. The Bucs had no answer for Clinton Portis’ 74 yards on 8 carries, Jason Campbell’s 256 yards, and Santana Moss’ 137 yards. Bucs QB Byron Leftwich threw 2 picks and Washington;s defense held Tampa to 60 yards on the ground. Ouch. The Redskins are headed to Minnesota next week.
Divisional Round
AFC
Colts vs. Jets – The Jets were rockin and rollin early as Thomas Jones racked up 88 yards on 9 carries. Then disaster struck and Jones got injured and all hell broke loose. The Jets offense couldn’t keep Peyton of the field long enough and he dropped 318 yards on the Jets secondary. Reggie Wayne had his way with Darrelle Revis and grabbed 8 balls for 153 yards. The Colts are headed back to the AFC Championship.

Steelers vs. Ravens – Once again the Steelers defense shows the world how to get things done. They compltetly stifle the Ravens offense and Joe Flacco throws for 55 Yards. LeRon McClain was Baltimore’s leading rusher with 47 yards. The Ravens total offensive output of 146 total yards was eclipsed by Big Ben’s 170 yards. Not great, but the Steelers are at it again. Heading to the AFC Championship game in Indianapolis, again.
NFC
Cardinals vs. Cowboys – In a shocker the Cowboys upset the heavily favored Cardinals, as the Dallas defense holds Kurt Warner to 55 yards and forced him to throw 2 INTs. Both of which were returned for touchdowns. Tony Romo didn’t have the greatest game either, but he held up long enough to seal the victory and the Dallas Cowboys punch their ticket to the NFC Championship game.
Vikings vs. Redskins – In a defensive struggle between 2 great defenses, The Minnesota Vikings pound passed the Redskins 16-7. Nothing to glorious the speak of, but Brett Favre and the Vikings are hosting the NFC Championship game against the Cowboys.
Conference Championship
AFC

Colts vs. Steelers – A crucial Peyton Manning INT in the 4th quarter sealed the Colts fate as the Pittsburgh Steelers once again go into Indianapolis and beat the Colts. A consistent Ben Roethlisberger gets his team back to the Super Bowl, as the Steelers will try to repeat as champions.
NFC

Vikings vs. Cowboys – The Cowboys Cinderella ride comes to an end, as Adrian Peterson just completely goes off amassing 192 total yards. A Tony Romo INT didn’t help Dallas’ cause either. Brett Favre only threw for 97 yards, but he didn’t need to do much. The Pittsburgh Steelers are waiting for Favre, Peterson, and the Vikings in Super Bowl XLIV.
Super Bowl

Steelers vs. Vikings – Once again Adrian Peterson shows why he is the beat player in the league as he piles on 148 yards on 18 carries and carries the Vikings to a Super Bowl Championship.
