1. Reggie Wayne (Indianapolis Colts) @ Arizona – Reggie had a stupid week 1 and a forgettable week 2. 162 to 37. This week his good numbers will continue against a suspect Arizona secondary. This game has shoot out potential and Peyton loves prime time games. And he loves throwing to Wayne in prime time games. Expect an average of his 2 weeks and then some 115/1.5

2. Andre Johnson (Houston Texans) vs. Jacksonville – What a week for Andre last Sunday. Good times will keep rolling against the piss poor Jacksonville defense. 149 yards and 2 TDs is a tough act to follow, but 110 and a TD, now that’s almost guaranteed.

3. Randy Moss (New England Patriots) vs. Atlanta – The Patriots ran into a sick Jets defense last week, that shut just about everything down except Julian Edelman. Moss and Brady just had a rough outing. They will both be back this week against the Falcons, and their 17th ranked pass defense.

4. Larry Fitzgerald (Arizona Cardinals) vs. Indianapolis – The big yards aren’t there…yet. But the TDs are. This week in a prime time shoot out, Larry gets both. The Colts have a tainted number 1 ranked pass defense, playing Garrard and Pennington. 105/1

5. Marques Colston (New Orleans Saints) @ Buffalo Bills – The best WR on the best offense with the best QB. Yup. If Brees didn’t throw to everyone, Colston would be higher. 100/1

6. Calvin Johnson (Detroit Lions) vs. Washington – Megatron is an awesome WR and as soon as Stafford realizes all he has to do is just throw in his general area, the better for all owners. Till then you will just have to settle for 95 yards and 1 TD

7. Greg Jennings (Green Bay Packers) @ St. Louis – Well he can’t do any worse than week 2 right? Back on track against the Rams absolutely brutal defense.

8. Chad Ochocinco (Cincinnati Bengals) vs. Pittsburgh – Pittsburgh’s defense is not quite what it should be, and Ochocinco is playing a bit better than expected. Even with Carson not playing up to par, Chad is posting solid numbers. 4.5 catches and 90 yards a game with a TD. More of the same this week.

9. Santonio Holmes (Pittsburgh Steelers) @ Cincinatti – The fact that the Steelers can’t run on East Islip High School, they have been throwing the ball. Cincy’s defense is right in the middle of the pack ranked 16th against the pass. Holmes should be able to get open enough to get about 85 yards and a TD.

10. DeSean Jackson (Philadelphia Eagles) vs. Kansas City - This might seem a little high for Jackson this week, but with Kevin Kolb throwing the ball all over the field, Jackson will be his # 1 target. The Chiefs defense will have problems covering all of Kolb’s options and DJ will be able to spring free a few times.

11. Vincent Jackson (San Diego Chargers) vs. Miami – Jackson has 11 grabs for almost 200 yards and 2 scores through weeks 1 and 2. Miami’s defense just got toasted by Peyton Manning. Not the first team to get it from Peyton, but Rivers will be able to give it also, and Jackson is his #1 80/1

12. Terrell Owens (Buffalo Bills) vs. New Orleans - In order to keep up with New Orleans, Trent Edwards will have to find TO more than 3 times this week.

13. Jerricho Cotchery (New York Jets) vs. Tennessee – The Titans secondary is getting scorched so far. 339 yards a game. The Jets will still be a run first team, but against Tenn, and the worst pass defense, Sanchez will be able find some openings and Cotchery will be on the other end. 75/1

14. Steve Smith (Carolina Panthers) @ Dallas - The original Steve Smith had the type of game that make you fall in love with him after he disappoints you. 8 grabs 131 yards. Now he is going against the same defense that the other Steve Smith had a field day against. 75/1. But he is always a 140 yard 2 TD threat.

15. Anquan Boldin (Arizona Cardinals) vs. Indianapolis – Boldin came back after a rough week 1 with 8 catches in week 2. But still no TDs, and the yards a slacking. Until the Cards offense in 100% Boldin’s production will hurt a bit. He’s on his way back, and a potential high scoring game is exactly what he needs to snap back into it.

16. Roddy White (Atlanta Falcons) @ New England – Good for the Falcons is having Tony Gonzalez. Bad for Roddy White owners though. Ryan is virtually splitting the looks, but White isn’t getting the yards. 65/1

17. Steve Smith (New York Giants) @ Tampa Bay – The other Steve Smith. Tampa’s defense is getting shredded through the air. Smith should be able to slip past the defenders a few times this week.

18. Braylon Edwards (Cleveland Browns) @ Baltimore – Baltimore’s defense is giving up way to many yards in the air. Braylon has had problems, but seems like he got back on track last week with 6 catches for 92 yards. Still no TDs

19. Lee Evans (Buffalo Bills) vs. New Orleans – TO won’t be the only WR benefiting from playing from behind. Lee Evans has only 4 catches in 2 weeks, but he will be getting plenty of looks this week. 70/.5

20. Roy Williams (Dallas Cowboys) vs. Carolina – Williams was no where to be found last week. Or was it Romo was no where to be found. Either way, with Marion Barber hurting this week, more passing will be in order. Tony spreads the ball around, but Williams will get his looks.

Best of the Rest

These guys will give you solid #3 WR numbers

Mario Manningham, Hines Ward, Dwayne Bowe, Ted Ginn, Nate Burleson, Laurent Robinson, Santana Moss, Torry Holt, Mike Sims-Walker, Bernard Berrian

Noteworthy WR Notes

Steelers WR Santonio Holmes was spotted wearing some kind of small cast on his left wrist at the Steelers’ headquarters yesterday. It might be merely something to keep the wrist stabilized for a few days, but it is notable. Monday, Holmes wore a big wrap on the wrist that looked as though he were icing it.

Giants head coach Tom Coughlin did not have any new information on WR Domenik Hixon. Even if Hixon is available for Week 3, he appears unlikely to play ahead WR Mario Manningham and WR Steven Smith.
