Waiver Wire

Jaguars WR Mike Sims-Walker – If you haven’t picked this guy up yet. YOu more than likely missed the boat.

Browns WR Mohamed Massaquoi – What a game this guy had catching 8 balls for 148 yards in Derek Anderson’s first start of the season. With Braylon Edwards out of the picture he should see plenty of looks throughout the season.

Jaguars QB David Garrard – Seems like he is getting his game back. A nice 4 game stretch coming up as well. Seattle and St. Louis up next, and Tennessee and KC after his week 7 bye. Great spot start

Browns RB Jerome Harrison - We have been pulling for this guy as soon as Jamal Lewis got hurt. Get him before he is gone. Even when Lewis comes back it will hard for the Browns not to give this kid the ball.

Eagles TE Brent Celek – Coming off his bye he should be available and will fill in nicely if you can get him. He will be a top 10 TE in fantasy stats by years end, and you will never have to worry about who to start at TE for the rest of the season.

Injuries

49ers running back Frank Gore has been ruled out of the teams week 5 game versus the Atlanta Falcons.

Steelers running back Willie Parker isn’t optimistic about playing in Detroit. An injured left big toe kept Parker out of the Steelers’ 38-28 victory over San Diego on Sunday and Rashard Mendenhall ran for 165 yards and two touchdowns in his place.

Eagles running back Brian Westbrook has returned to practice with no limitations. It is presumed that Westbrook will start Week 5 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Lions are listing rookie quarterback Matthew Stafford as day-to-day because of his knee injury . Stafford’s right kneecap popped out of the socket Sunday in a loss to the Chicago Bears.
